It is born on the luxuriant highlands of Vietnam, at about 1.000 metres, where the growing conditions are optimal for the cultivation of high quality coffee.
Pollination takes place through honey bees while cultivation, pruning, and harvesting are carried out manually.
The natural “unwashed” method and the traditional dry processing allow the sugars to pass from the cherry pulp to the beans.
The roasting at 220° for 18 minutes and the medium-fine grind for moka pots produce a brew with ideal body and rich flavour.
