Vietnamour® BLEND coffee has a harmonious taste, an excellent balanced body and no peaks of acidity. Its soft hints of freshly toasted bread and spices, together with its velvety aftertaste of dark chocolate will delight you at first sip. To make its rich and spicy flavour even more pleasurable, we recommend to taste it slowly in a large cup, paired with some good dark chocolate (65% cocoa), honey butter croissants or lemon shortbread biscuits.
It is born on the luxuriant highlands of Vietnam, at about 1.000 metres, where the growing conditions are optimal for the cultivation of high quality coffee.
Pollination takes place through honey bees while cultivation, pruning, and harvesting are carried out manually.
The natural “unwashed” method and the traditional dry processing allow the sugars to pass from the cherry pulp to the beans.
The roasting at 220° for 18 minutes and the medium grind for filter coffee offer the perfect balance of aroma, body and flavour of the gourmet blend.
