Vietnamour® BLEND coffee has a harmonious taste, an excellent balanced body and no peaks of acidity. Its soft hints of freshly toasted bread and spices, together with its velvety aftertaste of dark chocolate will delight you at first sip. We recommend to taste it slowly, in a small cup and at any time of the day. To exalt its persistent and rich aftertaste, you may pair your coffee with a piece of excellent dark ginger chocolate or some delicate small pastry.
It is born on the luxuriant highlands of Vietnam, at about 1.000 metres, where the growing conditions are optimal for the cultivation of high quality coffee.
Pollination takes place through honey bees while cultivation, pruning, and harvesting are carried out manually.
The natural “unwashed” method and the traditional dry processing allow the sugars to pass from the cherry pulp to the beans.
The roasting at 220° for 18 minutes and the coffee grind size for capsules are specifically designed to obtain a brew with the ideal flavour, aroma and body.
